Shawna Waterall (she/her) is a New Brunswick Artist, homesteader and full time SAHM working full time in her little home studio in the woods. Shawna holds a BFA from Mount Allison University where she concentrated in painting and drawing. Working and living on 14 acres on the Kingston Peninsula inspires much of Shawna’s work. She primarily paints scenes of the everyday rural experience and of the agricultural community in which she lives. Her work follows the seasonal shifts with an aim to create a meditation on a moment in time by using bright saturated colours to emphasize the beauty of the natural world.
